Needing a new kitchen faucet? Two issues to consider

When my wife and I bought our house the home did not have a dishwasher (we still don’t). The current kitchen faucet is working decently but the movement of the head is very limited. It also takes some strength to move it from side to side.
Since we do not have a dishwasher we have to wash all the dishes by hand. The home is a fixer, and since moving in it takes time to attend every to-do-list, especially when taking care of a toddler and a newborn; it requires better time management.
In order for us to get a dishwasher I need to cut out some kitchen cabinets next to the sink, install a power outlet and some plumbing.
But during this time that we have to wash all the dishes by hand, it’s best that we have good faucet the makes the job easier. We are also trying to cook from scratch everyday (which requires many pots and pans to be washed frequently).
The current kitchen sink is also a little small. So do I wait to find the right sink before purchasing the new faucet? This is another thing to consider. If you get a new sink it may require a different sized faucet.
This is our current situation with this old house but your current sink may not need a replacement so selecting a new faucet should be an easy task.
Faucets manufactured by Moen have good customer service if something is defective and they have a limited lifetime guarantee.
Delta and Moen have the best durability and reliability, but if you want something fancy you can get Brizo, Hansgrohe or Grohe. But make sure these will work for your kitchen as they are European brands.
Personally I love working and cooking in the kitchen and having the best quality is a must.
