There are good benefits of a bidet: better hygiene and saving your cash! A new toilet can save you money on your water bill. But is it enough savings for you to notice? While a a new toilet will save water usage, an attachment of a bidet will save on not having to purchase more toilet paper.

The price range for a bidet attachment is around $36 – $90.00. There are different types to choose from, including a handheld sprayer, or the one shown in the photo above for under $50.
The last time I was at Costco a bundle of toilet paper was around $22.00. Ever since I installed the bidet on my toilet we have had to purchase toilet paper far less frequently. The reason we still buy the paper is to dry off. I know someone who uses only small towels to dry off, so toilet paper may never need to be purchased again if you choose to go with this idea :).

Final thoughts
There is a lot of improvement we can make in America with hygiene. While we did invent most modern inventions we can make this new concept widespread nationally. If I was a King I would order that all public toilets have these attachments installed on them. There is another reason why we should all switch to bidets because of chemicals in toilet paper.
